An update on our services in times of COVID-19


Following additional measures put in place by the UK government, we have revised our below procedures to ensure our staff are working as safely as possible, and helping prevent further spread of COVID-19.

Working to adhere to new measures implemented by the UK government for public safety, Inside Out Group are now following the below procedures…

  • From Tuesday 24th March all of our staff who can work from home will – with our offices only being manned when absolutely necessary. Our main phone line, and email addresses will continue to be staffed in full, as will any mobiles or emergency contact details our clients would use normally.
  • All on site work will now include a COVID-19 risk assessment as minimum, which may include lone working in order to assist in isolation, taking inductions/briefings remotely, or filming from at least over 2m away. 
  • We’ll be actively encouraging clients to reduce exposure; by using remote cameras, less staff on each shift, and splitting up our teams where possible.

It’s been a challenging time for businesses- us included. But we’re committed to helping ensure the safety of our clients and our employees. We’ll continue to monitor new government guidelines and will announce any further service changes in the future. In the meantime please stay safe!
