This is a hugely challenging time for the UK as we approach our second lockdown, and although things are challenging for all SMEs including us – we really feel for all business that are to be forced to closed, throughout hospitality, leisure, and other industries.
To do our bit to support – we would like to offer any business that has been forced to closed temporarily due to lockdown free site visits to be used either to repair a CCTV fault, or to complete a maintenance visit or health check
All we ask from you is 4 things;
- Your business must be closed as a result of the government guidance (not shut due to lack of business)
- We must be allowed free and easy access to the premises during normal working hours
- You pay the retail price of any parts used or required
- That you commence a 1 year maintenance agreement with us – to commence from the following month after lockdown ends (so if businesses can re-open in December, our agreement starts in January – to allow you time before you have to worry about it)
Our maintenance agreements start as low as £125 per year but can also be extended to fully inclusive packages that cover all parts, site visits, remote monitoring, and even police assistance should you ever have an incident. They give you access not only to us as a supplier, but discounted rates on parts, priority and out of hour call outs, and a direct number for the engineer that regularly attends your site.
